About Me
As part of my Psychotherapy training, I have worked with clients in various settings. Before starting my private practice, I worked with Heart to Heart, a low-cost therapy organisation available across Bristol. Prior to this, I worked at The Harbour - a Bristol based charity supporting adults who are impacted by death, dying and loss.
I have worked in NHS and Higher Education Mental Health Services for over 5 years, specialising in social care and short-term psychological interventions. I integrate my mental health, safeguarding and social care expertise into my therapeutic approach where appropriate.
I have also worked in the voluntary sector for causes
I feel passionately about, including housing projects and specialist women’s services.
